Special Needs Group recently continued our dedication to giving back to the local community. We donated backpacks for Broward County Public School students attending the Dania Beach Lions Club-sponsored Back-to-School Shopping Spree. Please see pictures from this worthy cause within the Newsletter.

As the Official Special Needs and Mobility Partner for ASTA and ASTA SBN, we are thoroughly looking forward to the upcoming ASTA Global Convention. The event is being held at The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida from Sunday, August 25th – Wednesday, August 28th.

If you’re not an SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate®, please take the opportunity to do so as soon as possible. The certification program will enhance your knowledge of the ever-growing special needs, mobility challenged and mature market segments while enhancing your skill-sets. SNG is thoroughly pleased with the reviews our White Glove Service™ is receiving. The personal delivery and demonstration initiative is for mobility equipment rentals to those sailing on NCL, Carnival, Regent and Oceania voyages. In addition, our Kiosks in Fort Lauderdale and Seattle have been rebranded with our personalized meet, greet and instructional service. Where WGS isn’t currently available, traditional service to the stateroom is provided. 

Please remember that all pricing is inclusive of damage & loss coverage and fully commissionable. SNG has abolished all NCFs, including hotel delivery and pickup fees as well as one-way fees.

Enclosed, please find information regarding providing service to those traveling for land-based vacations and pre- and post-cruise stays in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Further, June marks the beginning of Alaska cruise season.
