Miami is home to thousands of mature adults and retirees, and during the winter, thousands more flock to Miami to enjoy the warm weather. Other locations in Dade County with casinos, include Hialeah Park Racing & Casino, Calder Casino and Casino Miami.  The latter is the former Miami Jai-Alai, “Home of the World’s Fastest Game.”  Jai-Alai is still played at the fronton within Casino Miami.  Neighboring Broward County offers gaming as well as and those feeling lucky can go play the slots and poker at places such as Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino and Mardi Gras Casino as well as Seminole’s Hard Rock Casino Hollywood.
