SNG Employee of the Year

Zyanya “Zee” Jimenez was recently selected as Special Needs Group “Employee of the Year.”  

Promoted earlier in 2016 as a Team Lead, Zee began with SNG as a Customer Service Representative in October 2013.  She embodies professionalism with an infectious personality while serving as a model employee for all to aspire.  In addition to her multitude of duties, Zee is responsible for training all new employees in educating each in customer service skills, SNG’s standard operating procedures and equipment offered for rental, in order to ensure the goal of Special Needs Group’s mission in “Delivering an Accessible World” is attained. 

A true asset to Special Needs Group, Zee is always available to aid and assist her fellow co-workers.  Zee’s leadership capabilities along with her gift to multi-task as she maintains a positive attitude promote an enjoyable and productive work environment.  Zee is a shining example of one who goes above and beyond to make certain SNG continues to evolve as the global leading provider of special needs equipment for travelers worldwide.
