We have launched the groundbreaking initiative Certified Accessible Travel Advocate® program; SNG trains travel agents globally how to address the needs of slow walkers, disabled travelers and those with special needs. This program has positioned Special Needs Group/Special Needs at Sea as not only an industry leader, but a leading advocate of these market segments.
Special Needs Group provides a broad range of special needs equipment including wheelchair, power chair and scooter rentals, oxygen units and oxygen rentals, audio and visual aide rentals, baby crib rentals and other essential items. For our customers’ convenience, rental equipment is delivered directly to the cruise state room, the hotel, resort, theme park or convention center.
