What is SNG Concierge?
- Service to any embarkation/debarkation port that is not visited regularly by the major cruise lines.
- Accommodates a la carte/one off requests.
- Special needs cruise services can include medical escorts, food for your service animal and bariatric equipment in Cologne, Germany, for example.
SNG Concierge is not:
- Service to any embarkation/debarkation port that is visited regularly by the major cruise lines.
- Service to Pre or Post Hotels at any of the embarkation/debarkation port that is visited regularly by the major cruise lines.

Important!
There is a $50 nonrefundable service fee for us to process a SNG Concierge request. However, if you accept the offer we provide you, we will credit the fee towards the total cost of your order.
