Present cruise lines served with White Glove Service: 

All Norwegian, Regent, Oceania, and Carnival cruise ship vessels embarking and debarking from one of the ports below.  

  • Mobility Equipment ONLY.
  • For guests sailing on NCL, Carnival, Regent, and Oceania voyages, it’s essential we’re provided with a Cell Number for the guest or one for a companion in their traveling party, so that our Guest Experience Ambassador can contact your client the day of embarkation/debarkation.  Further, we also need the embark/debark times for their cruise. 
  • PLEASE, PLEASE. PLEASE…  DO NOT HAVE THE GUEST BOARD THE SHIP WITHOUT THEIR MOBILITY EQUIPMENT, IF WE ARE GOING TO DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE SHIP’S TERMINAL.   FOR NCL, CARNIVAL, REGENT, AND OCEANIA SAILINGS, WE ONLY DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE SHIP’S TERMINAL FOR MOBILITY EQUIPMENT.

Presently servicing round-trip sailings from:  Miami / Fort Lauderdale / Los Angeles / Boston / Vancouver / Tampa / Port Canaveral / Baltimore / Mobile / Galveston / San Juan / Seattle / New Orleans / New York, and Jacksonville in the United States and Canada.

Internationally, SNG is providing White Glove Service for the following:  Amsterdam / Barcelona / Civitavecchia / Copenhagen / Piraeus / Rotterdam, and Southampton.   Please keep checking back as we are continually adding new locations.

Due to Government Regulations, White Glove Service in Venice is “on hold.”

Meeting with White Glove Guest Experience Ambassador

Embarkation

  • The SNG White Glove Ambassador will deliver the mobility equipment in front of the ship’s terminal prior to boarding the ship on the day of embarkation.

Debarkation

  • The SNG White Glove Ambassador will pick up equipment from the guest outside the ship’s terminal following the guest debarking the ship the last day of sailing.

While SNG may rent to passengers on all cruise lines, SNG is not an affiliate, agent, authorized representative, contractor, or partner of any of the following brands:  NCL, Carnival, Oceania and Regent.
