FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Fort Lauderdale, FL April 8, 2013To further its commitment of Delivering an Accessible WorldSpecial Needs Group (SNG) has upgraded the Companys Web Portal and debuted what promises to be the most comprehensive Cruise Line accessibility content-rich resource.

SNG President, Andrew Garnett, stated: We have dedicated 2013 as the year to equip travel agents and those with disabilities and special needs with relevant informational resources that enable/facilitate the experience and joy of travel. Our latest initiative is the introduction of a most robust web-based, content-rich resource that details ship accessibility features. When completed, it will be an invaluable resource to facilitate incremental Cruise Vacation sales.

We have launched the SNG ship accessibility portal https://www.specialneedsatsea.com/cruise-accessibility with our partners at Norwegian Cruise Line. Their entire fleet is available and a comprehensive description of each vessels accessible features displays. Throughout the second and third quarters of 2013 additional ships/Cruise Lines will be added until all ships with accessible features that are utilized by the North American Travel Agency community have been includedGarnett added.

Earlier this year, SNG introduced 3 collateral assets that better assist professional Travel Agents to serve disabled Americans and those with special needs. Each of the resources can be found in the SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate (CATA) Travel Agent Section of the Companys website.

Part of our corporate responsibility includes the education of the distribution system as well as the travelling public to the fact that the freedom of travel is more readily available now than ever before. We believe that the Agency and Agent communities are best positioned to serve the consumer and create a memorable travel experience. We are simply providing educational tools/resources that de-mystify Accessible Travel and assisting Travel Agents to better serve this emerging and potentially lucrative market segment Garnett concluded.
