Mobility Scooter Tips for a Smooth Ride

Mobility scooters are one of the most popular rentals at SNG!  If you rented one please take a look at a few simple scooter riding tips you should become familiar with before you sail.

· Remember to take the first page of your contract with you and read the guide that you will receive along with the mobility scooter rental.

· Scooters should be charged every single night regardless of usage!  Make sure the scooter is turned off and that the key is removed.

· Before they turn on the scooter they should make sure that the charger has been removed from the electrical outlet AND from the scooter or it will not work!

· The scooter should be turned off and the key removed during the trouble shooting process.  If the scooter is beeping and not moving please make sure that the lever on the back, bottom panel on the scooter is on the locked position.  When unlocked it is the same as a car on neutral, you can push it but it will not run.  If you have gone over a bump or up an incline, after confirming that the scooter is in the locked position, please hold the reset button down a few seconds.
