What is SNG Concierge?

• Service to any embarkation/debarkation port that is not visited regularly by the major cruise lines. 
• Accommodates a la carte/one off requests. 
• Can include medical escorts, food for your service animal and bariatric equipment in Cologne, Germany.

SNG Concierge is not:

• Service to any embarkation/debarkation port that is visited regularly by the major cruise lines.
• Service to Pre or Post Hotels at any of the embarkation/debarkation port that is visited regularly by the major cruise lines.

Important!

There is a $50 nonrefundable service fee for us to process a Concierge request.  However, if you accept the offer we provide you we will credit the fee towards the total cost of your order.   *SNG will pay 10% commission on the $50 fee or 10% on the complete order if it is accepted by the client.
