The cushion is a convenient way to get both cold and heat therapy without having to switch out ice packs, heating pads, or even bags of frozen peas! Soothie Cushion is made of a memory foam core with a sleeve on either side to hold an included self-contained gel-like element. The elements can be heated in the microwave and frozen so that you have heat therapy on one side and cold therapy on the other. The heated element will stay hot for up to 3 hours and the frozen element will provide up to 6 hours of cold therapy.
The cushion also comes with clip on straps that can be attached in several ways to allow for wrapping around different areas of the body such as shoulders, arms, thighs, knees, and back.
