SNG Employee of the Year
Kenya Burch was recently selected as Special Needs Group’s “Employee of the Year.”
Kenya began with SNG as a Customer Service Representative in August of 2014. She embodies professionalism and maintains a diligent work ethic. Through her dedication, exemplary customer service and willingness to aid fellow co-workers, Kenya serves as a team player and role model for the entire Call Center staff. She is a quick learner with excellent problem solving skills and troubleshooting awareness. In addition to her multiple CSR tasks, she also assists the Billing Department.
Kenya is a true asset who goes above and beyond to ensure Specials Needs Group mission of “Delivering an Accessible World” is achieved.
Spotlight: MSC Seaside
MSC Cruises’ newest ship, MSC Seaside, was recently named Best New Ship of 2017 by the cruise review website, Cruise Critic. The 4,134-passenger vessel is the first of MSC’s Seaside Class which will be joined by sister-ship, MSC Seaview in June of this year. The Seaside Class when complete will be the largest cruise ships ever built in Italy. MSC Seaside’s inaugural voyage embarked from Trieste, Italy on December 1st on a 20-night sailing to its eventual home port in Miami. The newest addition to MSC’s fleet was the first of the cruise line to be christened in the United States, held in PortMiami on December 21st.
