Meet the SNG Marketing Team

Tensi Westreicher is our Senior Brand Ambassador; she joined SNG in September of 2012 as Office Manager.  Tensi brings over twenty-five years of experience in the travel industry working in sales and marketing for Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International.

As Senior Brand Ambassador, Tensi represents SNG in cultivating and maintaining relationships with our individual travel agent partners and fostering partnerships directly with the cruise lines.  Her relationship-building in creating attention and awareness of Special Needs Group’s services plays an integral role for continued growth and success.  Tensi represents the SNG brand at tradeshows, conferences and conventions throughout the country and internationally.  In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, wine and ziplining.

Eubonie Menders serves as Special Needs Group’s Travel Agent Liaison.  Eubonie’s previous experience of over fifteen years with Royal Caribbean, along with her dedication and incredible work ethic, provides an invaluable asset to the Marketing Team.  Prior to Eubonie’s present position with Special Needs Group Marketing Team, she held positions within the company of Customer Service Specialist and Logistics Assistant.

As the Travel Agent Liaison, Eubonie is responsible for registering all travel agents with SNG, certifying those agents who successfully complete the Certified Accessible Travel Agent program, ensuring all agents receive quarterly commission checks for orders “linked” to the respective agent and is go-to-person for personally handling any travel agent’s special requests.  In addition, affectionately known as “The Mother Hen” for ensuring her co-workers are well taken of, Eubonie coordinates logistically all collateral material being at the given locations for the numerous tradeshows, conferences and conventions attended annually by SNG representatives.

Jimmy Varella splits time working as a Customer Service Specialist and with the Marketing Team.  He started at SNG in January of 2015; Jimmy assists “the team” with assigned special projects, compiling analytic data and writing content for the monthly newsletter as well as blogs for the Special Needs Group website.

Prior to joining SNG, Jimmy spent over twenty years in the pari-mutuel and gaming industry.  In addition to holding multiple managerial positions in various departments, he served as the Director of Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising during his tenure at Miami Jai-Alai.  Tensi, Eubonie and Jimmy comprise a cohesive unit to ensure the promotion of SNG’s brand and motto of Delivering an Accessible World while valuing and meeting the needs of its travel partners.
