Travel Agent Newsletter November 2013

November 18, 2013

News from Andy’s Desk!

Dear Travel Partners,

The last few weeks have been very busy with lots of wonderful events and opportunities to meet with so many travel agents and partners.  Travel Weekly’s Cruise World was especially exciting for us as we held our 3rd SNG Inner Circle Meeting and our 2nd "Scooting for Charity" event.  Read more about it in the newsletter.

We continue to grow the accessibility/specialty needs content in our website with the addition of Princess Cruises, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises.  Please visit our site regularly for continued updates.  You’ll be glad you did!

I want to take this time to sincerely thank  each and every one of you for your continued support.  I wish you and your families a very Happy Thanksgiving!

Keep Smilin’,

Andrew Garnett, CATA

Ship Inspection Check List

SNG wants you to have the tools you need to make selling to the Special Needs market as simple (and profitable) as possible.  With that in mind we developed the SNG Ship Inspection Checklist.  One side lists the things you should be looking for when on a ship from the perspective of a person who has mobility accessibility special needs.  The flip side is looking for someone who is visually impaired.  The next time you are going on a ship inspection, if you are CATA, be sure to log onto the secured CATA section on our website to print a copy to take with you.

Feel confident when you book your Special Needs client on the cruise vacation that is most suitable for them!

Coming soon….

SNG sets sights on expansion to land destinations in 2014……starting with select Caribbean & European destinations…..

We will keep you updated in the months to come!

3rd Inner Circle Meeting

We want to say THANK YOU  to our Inner Circle for joining us for our 3rd SNG Inner Circle Meeting held during Travel Weekly’s Cruise World in Fort Lauderdale on November 7th.

We took a look at all that we have done up to now and what we have coming in 2014.  We have lots of work to do and look forward to our continued conversation with this powerful group to see it through.

Congratulation to our 2013 Power Partner of the Year recipient – NACTA!  We are extremely thankful to NACTA for allowing us hold our inaugural Scooting for Charity event at their conference in September.  Bob Duglin, VP of Sales & Industry Relations, was there to accept the award.
