Happy New Year! I hope everyone enjoyed a wonderful holiday season in good health.
Last year was full of fun events, from trade shows to Scooting for Charity, that provided us with the opportunity to interact with so many of you. We were fortunate to be able to grow and expand as a company and give back to our community along the way. We look forward to another year ofgrowth, fun and charity for all!

Over 1,600 Travel Professionals are now
SNG Certified Accessible Travel AdvocateTM!
Thank youfor the overwhelming response to The Great SNG Droid Winter Rush promotion. Over 150 agents completed the certification program to be eligible to win a Droid Tablet. All SNG CATA travel professionals had an opportunity to win.
It is a request for a bariatric scooter, bed wedge and wheelchair in Cologne, Germany. It isdog food for a service animal in Venice, Italy. It is a travel companion for your client who needs assistance on their vacation.
It is that request for a hotel or sailing from a destination not frequented by the major cruise lines or a request for a specialized piece of equipment. It is those requests that do not come around very often and therefore require additional research to accommodate.
Starting on Monday, January 20th, we’ll have the dedicated resources to take care of your SNG Concierge requests! We will do the research to come up with the best possible solution. There will be a $50 service fee. Once the client confirms the services, the $50 service fee will be applied towards the order total.
