Coral Springs, Florida

Coral Springs is a family-oriented community in western Broward County, about a half an hour’s drive northwest of Port Everglades.  It has some unique history including a famed covered bridge which was the first structure built there.  Even Johnny Carson once owned land here!

There is a lot to discover and enjoy in Coral Springs.  You might want to wander on the boardwalk among tall cypress trees or look for swamp lilies in the Tall Cypress Natural Area.

Maybe you would rather play a game of blacklight mini golf, or mini bowling?  You can even take in a concert or play at the Coral Springs Center for the Arts Theater.  If art is your thing, you should check out the Coral Springs Museum of Art, or if you are more active you can enjoy a swim or a game of tennis at the Coral Springs Sportsplex.  You can even do a little ice-skating at the Panthers Ice Den.

If all this activity has got you famished, there are hundreds of restaurants and watering holes offering all types of cuisine and atmospheres to satisfy you.
