News from Andy’s Desk!

Dear Travel Partners,

It is hard to believe that we are coming to the end of another year.

We recently had wonderful experience at Travel Weekly’s CruiseWorld here locally in Fort Lauderdale. Along with CruiseWorld, we attended our second USTOA Annual Conference also held in Fort Lauderdale along with OASIS and Signature Conventions at the the Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas.

Please check within the Newsletter about our milestone of certifying over 3,550 Travel Professionals as Accessible Travel Advocates and our recent donation of a Scooter to Camillus House in Miami. Also, in conjunction with NACTA’s South Florida Chapter, SNG donated items to Aguadilla Nursing Home in Puerto Rico; the nursing home after being affected by Hurricanes Irma and Maria is still without electricity, but continues in assisting locals within the community.

We are thoroughly looking forward to 2018 and another spectacular year as we continue exploring new opportunities for Delivering an Accessible World®.

SNG Celebrates

6th Anniversary

of CATA Certification Program

Special Needs Group celebrated the 6th Anniversary of the SNG Certified Accessible Travel Advocate® Program at the Company’s 7th Inner Circle/Advisory Board gathering held on November 14th at Travel Weekly’s CruiseWorld.

The Certification program is the Travel Industry’s first such cirriuculum designed to equip Travel Professional with an insight and expertise to better serve the Special Needs/Disability and Mature Market segments.

Over 3,550 Travel Professionals Certified as Accessible Travel Advocates of its 6th Anniversary date on Veterans Day, November 11th.

The program has successfully completed Beta-testing and has been delivered and has been delivered in "live" Conference seminar format with onsite testing at four industry events in the past twelve months.
